Hi there,
I was born in Brighton, England, and studied psychology near London. After gaining by Bachelors degree I began my teaching experience in 1999 working for several grammar schools in Saxony as a teaching assistant for the British Council. After qualifying to teach English to foreign students in 2001, I spent some time teaching business management English in Rotterdam, Holland. In 2003 I returned to Germany where I focused on training English for job applications and specific in-company management courses.
I am now the principle teacher and founder, in 2006, of The Dresden School for British English. Currently I work with several business clients in the fields of management consultancy, software development, ceramics and machine engineering. I also prepare students for the LCCI, IHK, TOFL and Cambridge First Certificate exams. In addition I work as a freelance lecturer and as a consultant for the integration of the Bachelor program at several institutes of further education including the HTW, EBC, and Paluccaschule Dresden. Specialist subjects include International business management, economics, electrical engineering, international production manufacturing, event management, logistics, computer sciences, creative project work and movement composition.
